**Job Title:** Program Governance Lead

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and embed governance frameworks across Multi Class Sustainment (MCS) programs, ensuring consistent and efficient program delivery, informed decision-making, and transparent performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and design governance frameworks that promote process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Determine and maintain accurate and timely performance reporting and dashboards
  • Facilitate governance committees and manage decision/action registers
  • Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and communication through targeted collaboration
  • Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven leadership and governance experience with a strong understanding of program delivery methodologies
  • Excellent administrative and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to lead without micromanaging and act autonomously, while managing teams and acting in higher duties when necessary
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with a focus on promoting transparency and accountability
