Program Support Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Program Support Coordinator to fill a critical role in our organisation. In this position, you will play a pivotal part in the successful delivery of programs by coordinating governance activities, maintaining program documentation, and facilitating effective reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate governance forums, meetings, and decision-making processes across programs.
  • Prepare and distribute accurate and timely program reports and updates.
  • Maintain program artefacts, registers, and documentation to support audit readiness.
  • Foster communication and collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and tool optimisation.
  • Track and follow up on action items and ensure compliance with governance standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting materials and reporting packs.
Requirements:
  • A thorough understanding of program/project governance and reporting processes.
  • Experience with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with collaboration tools.
  • Experience in document and records management with version control.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and propose improvements.
  • A qualification in business or management is desirable.
