As a Program Governance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and supporting the Multi Class Sustainment (MCS) Reporting Team to enable the successful delivery of MCS Programs.

The position requires close collaboration across all areas of the business unit. The role is responsible for designing and embedding governance frameworks that promote consistent and efficient program delivery, informed decision-making, and transparent performance reporting.

This role blends operational excellence with process standardisation, stakeholder communication, and alignment of program management practices to strategic priorities.

Responsibilities include leading and embedding governance frameworks, delivering accurate and timely performance reporting and dashboards, driving process standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives, facilitating governance committees, maintaining governance calendars and documentation, and engaging stakeholders through targeted communication and collaboration.

A current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance are required for this role.
