Job Title: Governance System Administrator\

We are seeking a skilled Governance System Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work with governance systems, SharePoint development, document control, and data analytics.

The successful candidate will administer and maintain governance systems, including SharePoint Online (SPO), implement and manage version-controlled document libraries, develop and deliver dashboards and contractual reporting aligned with governance frameworks, provide training and support to employees, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with ISO, PMBOK, and contractual standards.

Key Responsibilities:\

  • Administer and maintain governance systems, including SharePoint Online (SPO)\
  • Implement and manage version-controlled document libraries\
  • Develop and deliver dashboards and contractual reporting aligned with governance frameworks\
  • Provide training and support to employees\

Requirements:\

  • Experience in governance systems administration and document control\
  • Strong metadata management and version control knowledge\
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and business analytics tool skills preferably Power BI\
  • Proven ability to coach and train others in governance processes\
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities\
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills\
  • A mindset for continuous improvement and process optimization\
