Program Governance Specialist

This key role plays a vital part in enhancing governance capabilities and advancing maturity by integrating systems administration, SharePoint development, document control, and data analytics to support effective decision-making and contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Administering and maintaining governance systems including SharePoint Online
  • Implementing and managing version-controlled document libraries and metadata tagging
  • Developing and delivering dashboards and contractual reporting aligned with governance frameworks
  • Providing training and support to employees to build governance capability
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives across governance workflows and reporting

Requirements include:

  • Experience in governance systems administration and document control
  • Strong metadata management and version control knowledge
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and business analytics tool skills preferably Power BI
  • Proven ability to coach and train others in governance processes

Successful candidates must possess the necessary skills and qualifications. They will be working on a project requiring a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. The clearance is required for the role and the candidate's eligibility is dependent on obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
