Job Summary

This role involves coordinating governance activities, maintaining program documentation, and facilitating effective reporting and stakeholder engagement to support the successful delivery of submarine programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate governance forums, meetings, and decision-making processes across the program.
  • Prepare and distribute accurate and timely program reports and updates.
  • Maintain program artefacts, registers, and documentation to support audit readiness.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and tool optimisation.
  • Track and follow up on action items and ensure compliance with governance standards.
About You
  • Strong understanding of program/project governance and reporting processes.
  • Experience with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with collaboration tools.
  • Experience in document and records management with version control.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and propose improvements.
Security Clearance

A current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance are required for this role. Your eligibility is dependent on obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
