The Renewals team is a key player in driving customer engagement and growth. As a leader, you will be responsible for spearheading the sales efforts of a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Hiring and developing top performers
- Driving team disciplines, performance, and insights
- Providing mentorship and expertise in account management
- Leading daily activities of renewal sales professionals
- Running forecasting activities and preparing internal reports
- Aligning with organizational objectives to develop and execute action plans
You will work closely with your team to drive revenue growth and profitability while providing a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and leadership, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- 10-15+ years of experience in software renewals or sales, with a proven track record of driving business results using tools like Salesforce.com
