The Director, Renewal Sales – ANZ will partner with Sales to guide conceptualization and implementation of the area renewal strategies and secure sustainable renewal pipeline with enterprise level customers. You will lead an enterprise renewal team, partnering with multiple Sales leaders to develop the renewal strategy and processes.

This role plays a critical part in driving customer retention, optimizing revenue growth, and enabling expansion opportunities, while partnering cross-functionally across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Sales Operations, and other internal teams. The Renewals leader will focus on the achievement of renewals targets while keeping a teaming approach in their engagement with ANZ Account Sales leadership.
