Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership and cross-functional management, with experience driving business results and measuring performance using tools like Salesforce.com. The role requires effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze and solve complex problems.

  1. Team Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to drive team performance and growth
  2. Performance Management: Evaluate and improve team member performance, identifying areas for development and training
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments and external customers to drive business outcomes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business or related field, and 10+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record of driving business results and measuring performance using analytics tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
