Job Description:

  • Manage a mixed portfolio of industrial, commercial, and retail properties
  • Oversee a portfolio of approximately 100 properties
  • Conduct regular property inspections
  • Collaborate with solicitors on lease agreements and ensure compliance
  • Build strong relationships with business owners and large corporate clients on property-related matters
  • Keep up-to-date with relevant property legislation
  • Carry out rent reviews for a range of property sizes, from small to large assets
  • Manage arrears and other financial matters

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in residential property management or 1+ years in commercial property management
  • Experience with PropertyTree software is advantageous
  • A confident and assertive communicator with a natural ability to build rapport
  • Possession of a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
