Career Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated real estate professional to join our high-performing Asia Markets Investment Services team based in Parramatta. This role presents itself as a great opportunity for an experienced commercial or residential sales executive looking to transition their career into a commercial sales focused role.

You will work alongside the most successful and experienced operators in the country to maximise your income, build market share, and become a dominant player in this space. Already equipped with commercial sales and/or leasing knowledge, we will provide you with the scope, autonomy, and development to show the professional value you can truly add, supporting you with the most comprehensive tools and infrastructure available that are the envy of the industry.

Job Responsibilities

As an Agent in our business, you will be responsible for the sale of Commercial properties across the Sydney Western Corridor. You'll develop a wide network of professional contacts and ensure that long-term relationships are maintained while new business is continually developed.

Requirements

  • A Real Estate License is required
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the real estate industry
  • Property analytical skills are essential
  • An understanding of Hindi, Mandarin, or Cantonese is highly desirable
  • You must be entrepreneurial and commercially astute
  • You should have a strong work ethic and passion to succeed
  • Confident, driven, and enthusiastic individuals are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills are required
  • You must be able to work in a team-focused environment
  • A customer-centric attitude is essential
  • You must be willing and able to take responsibility for your own market and client base

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
