Manager of Operational Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Continuous Improvement Manager.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, scoping, and delivering initiatives that enhance the member experience, drive commercial objectives, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs across the business.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver on Continuous Improvement Projects
- Lead Change and Drive Improvements
- Confirm Solution Designs
- Certification in Continuous Improvement methodologies and standards;
- Formal training and certification in agile, lean practices and/or project management methodologies and standards;
- Proven experience in managing a team;
- Commercially minded, experience preparing business cases and strong financial and analytical skills;
- A strong understanding of Australian Residents Health Insurance strategy (desired);
- The ability to travel to other offices, as required for stakeholder engagement and project activities.
