We are seeking an accomplished Operations Excellence Specialist to lead cross-functional business improvement projects. You will drive measurable performance outcomes in cost, quality, and safety by mentoring and training team members in process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies.

You will coach operations staff and leaders to embed sustainable improvement practices, partner with Operations Managers to identify opportunities, develop ROI-based business cases, and manage project plans.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has strong understanding of lean principles, manufacturing processes, and operational excellence.
  • Thrive in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading business improvement initiatives in an industrial environment.

You will facilitate workshops and capability-building sessions to uplift operational excellence, support change navigation, and foster strong people connections across teams.

Promote and embed a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, identify and support internal change agents, and recognize improvement champions.

Maintain strong working relationships across Operations, Engineering, Projects, and HSEQ teams.
