Performance and Operations Excellence Manager

The role of Performance and Operations Excellence Manager is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of strategic outcomes within the performance and reward function.

  • This position focuses on driving efficiency and process improvements related to key performance, remuneration, and benefits moments throughout an annual cycle.
  • You will be responsible for driving AI adoption and technology uplift across the reward lifecycle.

In this role, you will have opportunities to:

  • Act as an AI champion by leveraging artificial intelligence tools to enhance HR processes and drive innovation.
  • Perform change management analysis to support organizational change initiatives and facilitate smooth transitions in processes and systems.
  • Enhance delivery of performance & reward systems by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.

  • Implement automation strategies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in operations.
