Logistics Coordinator Role Summary

We're seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator with strong SAP experience to join our growing supply chain team.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will manage freight bookings, document flows, and 3PL relationships across international and domestic logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily transport manifests and follow up on consignment deliveries.
  • Process weekly invoices from local and international carriers and service providers.
  • Monitor inventory levels in partnership with third-party logistics.
  • Liaise with Customer Service, Procurement, and Warehouse teams.
  • Book sea and air freight shipments to meet affiliate delivery timelines.
  • Prepare and forward export documents to forwarders and consignees.
  • Manage import documentation and coordinate with clearance agents.
  • Align warehouse loading plans and container arrivals.
  • Handle CHEP pallet hires, transfers, and returns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.
  • Strong SAP knowledge (essential).
  • Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work with precision and multitask under pressure.
  • Familiarity with export/import documentation and freight handling.
