Job Summary

We are seeking an Air Operations Coordinator to manage air operations and drive engagement across the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure standard practices are implemented and executed.
  • Conduct deep dives to resolve issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure Amazon freight is lodged as per industry standards.
  • Support booking of air freight and airway bill labelling as required.
  • Oversee handling and screening of Amazon freight as required.
  • Communicate status updates, delays, risks and other issues to management.
  • Monitor air routes to identify potential issues that could impact performance.
  • Develop reporting templates to capture key metrics including arrival time, dispatch, rejections and delays.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas).
  • Experience managing large data sets and utilizing data to drive performance and process improvements.
  • Ability to use good judgement in challenging situations.
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (including email management, report writing and ability to prepare and analyze data).
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet business needs.
  • Willingness to travel to and work at various locations across Sydney as required.
  • 1+ years of relevant program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent experience.
