Customer Care Representative

  • Personalise the customer experience to suit their needs through active listening and relationship management skills

  • Be agile and flexible to change, adapting quickly to new situations

Key Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of the Automotive Industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to resolve conflict in a high-pressure situation
  • Experience in administration, customer service, and relationship management
  • Previous invoicing experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
