The ideal candidate for this role will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to resolve conflict in high-pressure situations. They should have a strong knowledge of the automotive industry and previous experience in administration, customer service, and relationship management.
">- Address customer enquiries in an efficient and timely manner
- Provide regular communication to customers while their vehicles are in service or awaiting parts
- Deal with high-pressure situations and demanding customers, staying calm and patient while displaying empathy and professionalism
- Live by our Company Values, follow core processes, and demonstrate integrity in your role
- Personalise the customer experience to suit their needs through active listening and relationship management skills
- Resolve conflict in a high-pressure situation and deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism
- Manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and meet service deadlines using an owner's mindset
- Be agile and flexible to change, adapting quickly to new situations
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the Automotive Industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to resolve conflict in a high-pressure situation
- Experience in administration, customer service, and relationship management
- Previous invoicing experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
