The online department is a vital part of our business, responsible for selecting and packing online orders in-store by a team of Personal Shoppers.
About the RoleAs an Online Department Lead, you will be accountable for the day-to-day running of the online department, working closely with the Store Manager. You'll take pride in contributing to a customer experience that's welcoming and inspiring for customers, team members, and community.
Key Responsibilities- Coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering needs.
- Ensure Coles' visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards are met.
