About Us

We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Customer Service Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication between our internal teams and valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Assist with dispatch procedures as required.
  • Process quotes, cash sales, and customer orders efficiently.
  • Reconcile invoices and perform general administrative duties accurately.
  • Identify and maximize sales opportunities through great service and follow-through.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication between sales, operations, and customers.

You will work closely with our sales, operations, and leadership teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about helping customers and solving problems.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Previous experience in a customer service, retail sales, or sales administration role.
  • A background in building, construction, or manufacturing would be highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Microsoft Office experience (SAP and CRM knowledge is an asset).
  • A safety-first mindset and a team-oriented approach.
