This position requires strong people leadership skills, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and talent development.

You should have proven experience leading customer service and sales teams of significant size.

Able to manage through rapid growth and embed positive change effectively.

Skillful at balancing short-term performance with long-term team development.

Track record in inside sales, account management, or service leadership.

Skilled in CRM, ERP, and pipeline management.

Strong commercial acumen with a focus on profitability and customer outcomes.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills are essential.

Experience in construction, manufacturing, or architectural products is desirable but not required.
