Learning Design Specialist

As a Learning Design Specialist, you will be responsible for creating innovative and engaging e-learning solutions that enhance customer success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of educational principles and methodologies, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality training content in accordance with project briefs
  • Research and review source content to create effective learning strategies
  • Write and structure content in course storyboards with recommendations for interactivity and user experience
  • Peer review storyboards and ensure quality assurance at each stage of production
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
  • Qualification in Education or Communications
  • Minimum two years professional experience in instructional design or relevant occupation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
Personal Attributes:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
