About the Role:

  • Develop learning strategies and materials across multiple formats, including workshops, webinars, e-learning and written guides.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, regulatory bodies and professionals to ensure education programs are practical, relevant and accessible to all stakeholders.
  • Monitor emerging risks, integrate data and insights into program design, and measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives.

About You:

  • Experience in developing and delivering education or training programs, ideally gained within a professional services, legal, insurance or public sector environment.
  • Effective communicator who can engage and influence diverse audiences, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret data and trends to design targeted, impactful education initiatives.
