We are seeking a skilled Digital Communications Leader to join our Strategy and Engagement Division. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing impactful communication campaigns and digital channels to engage our mobile, dispersed workforce, partners, stakeholders, and communities across Victoria.

About the Role:
  • Lead the development of a new digital employee experience program of work to deliver new digital channels
  • Align communications capability and practice with the organisation's evolving digital roadmap, maximising the use and efficiency of Ambulance Victoria's digital platform
  • Create and execute internal strategies and campaigns, using different communication channels to engage the workforce and identify new opportunities to increase visibility, reach, and engagement in support of strategic objectives

Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree or industry specialised certification supplemented with relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and extensive relevant experience
  • Proven ability to translate organisational strategy into action and deliver communication plans and outputs which support strategic priorities in a complex organisation
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills, including evidence of the capacity to engage enterprise stakeholders at all levels to deliver messaging for a diverse audience group

What We Offer:
  • Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience
