**The Role We're Seeking**

We're looking for a skilled Digital Innovation Leader to support our teaching staff in effectively integrating technology into their lessons.

This key position will lead and promote innovative technologies, ensuring that our programs and resources meet the needs of our staff and students.

As our Digital Innovation Leader, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital tools, ensuring compliance with educational standards and school policies.

You will work closely with our Director of Teaching and Learning, as well as Heads of Departments and Classroom Teachers, to foster student engagement and academic success through effective digital technology use.

This is a maximum 2-year Full-Time position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and continuously improve the school's digital learning strategy to align with educational goals and emerging technologies
  • Conduct assessments to identify digital learning needs of students, staff, and parents, setting clear goals for technology integration
  • Develop and manage detailed plans for implementing digital learning tools and strategies, meeting the needs of the school community
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning initiatives through feedback, data analysis, and performance metrics
  • Ensure digital learning practices and tools comply with relevant educational standards, legislation, and our school policies
  • Collaborate with department heads and teachers to integrate digital tools into curriculum and teaching practices
  • Organize and deliver training sessions for staff to effectively use digital learning tools
  • Oversee the allocation and management of digital resources, including hardware, software, and online platforms
  • Develop strategies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes through innovative digital technologies

About You

  • Relevant qualifications in Education (e.g., Bachelor of Education Degree or Master of Educational Leadership)
  • Proven experience leading digital learning initiatives within an educational setting
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative digital learning strategies
  • Strong understanding of educational technology tools and platforms
  • Experience in curriculum development with a focus on integrating digital technologies into teaching and learning
  • Ability to provide leadership and support to teaching staff in using digital tools for learning
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of current trends and best practices in digital learning pedagogy
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee digital learning projects

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience
