Job Title: Strategic Architect Leader for Digital Transformation

About Us:

Brennan Sourcing is a leading provider of strategic architectural services, partnering with top-tier clients to drive digital transformation and growth.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Head of Architecture to lead our client's strategic architectural vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving scalability and resilience for future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the organization's architectural strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and digital transformation goals.
  • Oversight of enterprise-wide architecture frameworks, including applications, data, infrastructure, and security.
  • Lead and mentor a team of architects, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, evaluate technology solutions, and drive alignment on architectural best practices.
  • Conduct regular reviews of architectural standards to ensure robustness, scalability, and alignment with emerging technologies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in architecture leadership roles, ideally within retail, e-commerce, or a similar fast-paced industry.
  • Proven expertise with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
  • Strong technical knowledge of enterprise-level systems and platforms, including cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), data management, and security.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, influencing, and leadership skills, with a track record of driving large-scale transformation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
