Digital Experience Strategy Leader

We are seeking a Digital Experience Strategy Leader to join our team at the University of New South Wales. As a key member of our Marketing and Digital Experience portfolio, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a comprehensive digital experience strategy that aligns with our strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working within a complex matrix organization, bringing a transformational mindset and commercial acumen to drive change. You will work closely with our Executive Director, Marketing and Digital Experience, and lead a team of 4 direct reports and an indirect team of 32 people.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Aligning the digital change agenda with measurable outcomes
  • Demonstrating commercial acumen within the technology space
  • Influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant qualification or equivalent level of knowledge
  • Proven transformation leadership experience
  • Advanced stakeholder management and relationship development experience
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales and marketing performance levers
  • Substantial leadership and management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to apply digital leading practice in a large, diverse, and complex service-focused organisation

We offer a competitive salary package including up to $170,000 per annum, flexible working options, additional leave during the festive period, and access to UNSW courses.
