**Job Overview**:

The Partnerships and Events team is seeking a skilled Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of partnerships and events across the Integrated Marketing Team.

This role will be responsible for administrative support and deployment of end-to-end partnerships and event execution, including asset management, ticketing, production, and creative development.

The successful candidate will need to develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, under the direction of the Senior Manager - Events and Partnerships.

Key responsibilities will include supporting the development of partnership opportunities in conjunction with event deployment, delivering best-in-class integrated executions, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for external partners, suppliers, and agencies.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous project management experience
  • Knowledge of Australian event and partner marketing landscape
  • Experience managing internal stakeholders and external partners and suppliers
  • Experience in creating and developing briefing presentations
  • Experience supporting the development of marketing plans
  • Understanding of media and content landscape in Australia and New Zealand, including cinema and digital platforms
  • Demonstrated strategic and creative thinking, with an ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
