- Successful completion of tertiary studies in an ICT or defence-related field.
- Military career, preferably with operational experience.
- Minimum three years of experience in business development or sales in the Defence or IT industry.
- Experience in the field of management information systems.
- Established customer and partner network, and strong customer focus.
- Results-oriented way of working, strategic thinking, and technical affinity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to work in a team.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Australian Government NV1 or higher security clearance, or at least fulfill the requirements to obtain it.
