Senior Manager, Risk Governance

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to join our Consumer Division, reporting to the Executive Manager, Risk Governance and Risk Culture. As a key member of our risk management team, you will play a critical role in identifying, managing, mitigating, and monitoring risks across our business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement risk profiles, supporting return to appetite plans, and evaluating the risk management framework.
- Lead risk culture assessments and deliver recommendations for risk management and risk culture uplift opportunities.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including 2LOD and business stakeholders, to ensure effective risk management.
- Develop and support key risk management action plans, including risk management maturity and culture programs.
- Conduct control linkage quality reviews and value chain risk management, including deep dive and process reviews.
