The Senior Manager, Risk Committee Governance will be joining Westpac's Risk team to provide secretariat support for three Line 2 Risk Committees: Model Risk Committee, Stress Testing Committee, and Credit Risk Estimates Committee.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, including General Managers and senior stakeholders, to plan and manage meetings, draft agendas, minutes, and actions, and prepare materials to assist the Chair as required.
- Manage annual committee performance reviews, prepare committee forward agendas, and draft governance-related reports.
- Support Risk Committee Governance and continuous improvement initiatives in pursuit of consistently excellent risk governance practices throughout the Group, including through the Risk Committee Governance Community of Practice.
- Manage ad-hoc team requirements, such as responding to regulator requests and improving team processes.
