About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Senior Analyst to join our team at eFinancialCareers Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the compliance plan and assist the first line teams in closing processes and control gaps required for regulatory compliance.
  • Test and validate privacy, AML, and compliance controls to ensure they are operating effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GDPR and Australian Credit Licence regulations.
  • Design and maintain risk dashboards to provide insights and support business decision-making.
  • Monitor regulatory reforms and advise the business on upcoming changes to ensure compliance.
  • Collate and present Board and Committee papers, including executive committees, to ensure timely and accurate information.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Finance, Commerce, Law, or Accounting.
  • Proven experience in Compliance/Risk management in financial services or a Big 4 Consultancy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to work.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
  • A driven personality with a desire to learn and develop.
  • The ability to work in a broad role with varying tasks and responsibilities.
