About Vivonne Bay Bistro
We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Vivonne Bay Lodge in Kangaroo Island.
As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food service to our guests and maintaining the highest standards of health and hygiene in our commercial kitchen.
This is a permanent part-time role, with a minimum requirement of 30 hours per week. You must be available to work on weekends.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in the tourism industry and demonstrated expertise in food provision services
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to supervise a small team
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivation and initiative
You will also possess:
- Food safety training and certification
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
A competitive salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
