We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and develop innovative menus that showcase the best of local produce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement seasonal menus that reflect local flavors and ingredients.
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation.
- Manage kitchen staff, providing training and performance feedback.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
