Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the Commercial Support Administrator role. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to our commercial sales team, ensuring seamless execution of business operations.

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Implement and maintain procedures and processes to support sales growth and customer needs.
  • Liaise with internal customers, including sales managers, representatives, and support teams, to ensure pricing offers align with standard prices and contract structures.
  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process, improving their experience and quality of service.
  • Collaborate with the Industrial Merchant Commercial Support Team Leader to apply continuous improvement principles, positively impacting customer experiences.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure pricing offers and maintenance adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer experience or support functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask without compromising accuracy and follow tasks to completion.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team environment.
