About The Role

The Commercial Operations Manager is responsible for the oversight and operational management of all capital expenditure projects related to radiology equipment and practice development, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategic objectives, financial performance targets, and clinical service delivery requirements. This includes planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from inception to completion, within budget and stipulated timelines, while adhering to relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, budgeting, and delivery of multi-year capital expenditure projects for radiology equipment and practice upgrades.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Analyse equipment performance and maintenance costs to inform future investments and cost optimisation strategies.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to assess and prioritise equipment and service needs based on demand.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring compliance and value for money.
• Support the CEO and COO with the management of medical imaging service contracts and property portfolio agreements.
• Oversee the Commercial Operations team, including resource planning, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure strong communication and collaboration between Commercial Operations, radiologists, and practice leaders.
• Work closely with clinical and modality operations managers to deliver cohesive operational outcomes.
• Maintain effective stakeholder engagement across clinical, administrative, vendor, and regulatory groups.

• Strong understanding of radiology operations and workflows
• Broad knowledge of the technological developments in radiology and how these integrate into existing workflows
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team
• Proactive and results-orientated with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
