As a quality assurance professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring our speciality products meet the highest safety and quality standards. This unique hybrid position combines hands-on quality oversight with strategic technical leadership, driving process improvements, supplier excellence, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality control checks and testing across production to maintain food safety and compliance.
  • Lead projects that enhance processes, supplier standards, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain product specifications, recipes, and nutritional panels.
  • Train and mentor production teams to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Lead audits, CAPA, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar role (hybrid - QC & Technical Lead) and knowledge of HACCP, GMP, BRC/SQF, and ISO 22000 standards.
  • Hands-on quality control and laboratory experience within food manufacturing.
  • Analytical problem-solver with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in recipe/specification management and data-driven quality reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field; HACCP/Quality certifications highly desirable.
  • A good understanding of business dynamics.
