The Enterprise Systems Expert will develop and implement end-to-end Oracle Fusion solutions, meeting business requirements in the manufacturing sector of the Aerospace & Defense industry. This role demands a profound understanding of commercial and government accounting practices, along with strong analytical skills and problem-solving expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement E2E Oracle Fusion solutions that satisfy client needs.
- Collaborate with business partners to grasp project requirements and translate them into practical and technical solutions.
- Lead system-centric projects from inception to completion, defining scope, timelines, and budget
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in enterprise systems and solutions.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise systems and solutions at manufacturing companies (preferably in Aerospace & Defense).
- In-depth knowledge of commercial and government cost accounting principles.
- A proven track record of successfully leading complex system-centric projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, allowing for effective translation of business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ensuring seamless interaction with cross-functional teams.
- Extensive expertise in cloud-based ERPs.
- AUS Person status is required for access to export-controlled data.
