The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive our organisation forward, leveraging their expertise to grow profitability, build a strong safety culture, and strengthen connections between areas.

As Chief Executive Officer, you will work with our Board to develop strategy, turn strategy into clear plans, systems, and consistent performance across all sites.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Representing the organisation with customers, partners, and the broader community, communicating a clear vision that attracts support, funding, and talent.
  • Supporting increasing the impact of our organisation on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island people, progressing towards Aboriginal-led status and ensuring culturally safe workplaces.

With 786 employees, we have a proven track record of creating jobs, improving lives, and contributing to a more sustainable future. We kept over 20,000 tonnes of waste out of landfill, grew and distributed nearly 36,000kgs of fair food, and provided over 68,000 community service instances.
