The role of the Chief Enterprise Architect involves developing and implementing comprehensive solutions architecture across various business applications, acting as an intermediary between business and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead the implementation of a solutions architecture across specific business applications or technologies based on business strategy, business capabilities, and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with CTO and CPO to ensure alignment with sales process and RFP presentations.
  • Provide consulting support to Product & Engineering Squads to guarantee project alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Analyse system requirements to ensure secure integration with current applications.
  • Develop architectural solutions that serve as blueprints for system development.
  • Liaise with software engineers to implement architectural designs.
  • Document all architectural designs and analyses comprehensively for future reference.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends to maintain competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Solution Architect or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, programming, and management principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in designing and delivering complex IT solutions.
  • Ability to analyse technology environment and enterprise specifics, including software systems, hardware, and networks.
  • Strong communication skills to guide stakeholders in making informed decisions.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
