Job Overview

This is a rewarding opportunity to join our team as a Residential Quality Assurance Specialist. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring services provide robust quality assurance systems and frameworks that meet regulatory standards and excellence.

The successful candidate will have sound working knowledge of residential aged care, substantial experience in quality assurance, audit processes, and compliance, as well as maintaining current knowledge of evolving changes and trends within the industry.

You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate communication among cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the establishment and embedding of quality frameworks, including monitoring and data analysis.
  • Stay updated on relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices related to the area of specialisation.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Monitor audits accreditation and compliance performance across all operations, to ensure that services and processes comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Lead effective reviews of programs, processes, and systems to implement improvement initiatives aligned with best practices and operating model principles.
