Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Professional to contribute to our organisation's continuous improvement and quality management initiatives.

This role will play a key part in the delivery and implementation of our Quality Management Framework, working closely with colleagues across various directorates to develop sustainable quality systems, frameworks and practices.

Main Responsibilities

  • To lead and coach teams to implement, evaluate and embed quality systems aligned with our Quality Management Framework.
  • To co-design and develop sustainable quality assurance programs in partnership with service streams.
  • To drive improvements in complaint handling, feedback mechanisms and continuous improvement processes.
  • To partner with operational teams to ensure systems meet compliance requirements and promote positive outcomes for our customers.
  • To develop organisation-wide quality assurance programs that inform and drive continuous improvement activities.
  • To work closely with other quality and risk teams to identify synergies, avoid duplication, and simplify quality approaches.

Requirements

  • A relevant bachelor qualification in business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years' experience in a quality or compliance-focused role, ideally within the aged care, health or community sectors.
  • Deep understanding of quality management systems, frameworks and accreditation standards.
  • Strong skills in assurance programs, data analysis, and using insights to drive improvement.
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority and navigate complex organisations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organised, systematic, and disciplined with a commitment to excellence.
  • A genuine passion for creating social change and improving outcomes for vulnerable communities.
