Residential Quality Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Specialist to join our team in the Residential Services division. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of quality and compliance across our residential care facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular quality audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Developing and implementing corrective action plans to address any non-compliance issues
- Providing expert advice on quality and compliance matters to senior management and staff
- Maintaining accurate records of quality audit findings and actions taken
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in healthcare or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a quality assurance or compliance role within the healthcare sector
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
