Quality Assurance Program Lead
About the RoleWe're seeking a seasoned quality assurance professional to lead our ANZ QA team in developing and implementing quality programs. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to drive excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, Implement, and Maintain Quality Programs: Ensure regulatory standards and organizational policies are met by designing, deploying, and sustaining quality assurance programs.
- Lead, Mentor, and Coach the QA Team: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement by guiding, developing, and motivating team members.
- Oversee Audits and Risk Assessments: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Establish and Monitor KPIs: Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of quality programs.
