Our organisation is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the role of Senior Recovery and Quality Assurance Manager in Residential Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, restoring resident and stakeholder confidence, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
This position involves developing structured remediation plans, monitoring progress, and coordinating external service providers to achieve quality and safe outcomes for residents. Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to draft regulatory reports, provide governance reporting to senior leaders and executives, and ensure effective complaint resolution processes are in place.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in risk management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. A Registered Nurse qualification from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency is essential, while tertiary qualifications in governance, risk management or a relevant field are desirable.
