Quality Assurance Professional

As a Quality Assurance Professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of quality and food safety.
With a focus on driving improvements and solving complex problems, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for growth and implement effective solutions.
- Lead daily production line checks, product releases, and investigations to ensure every product is safe and meets quality standards.
- Train and coach production teams to own quality and develop their skills.
- Review consumer complaints, improve hygiene practices, and set the standard for production lines.
- Simplify and strengthen quality management systems, ace audits, and maintain compliance.
This role requires a strong understanding of quality systems, food safety regulations, and audit procedures. You should be able to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications- Degree or diploma in Food Science or related field.
- 2-3 years of quality assurance experience in food or similar industries.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and database management tools.
