Quality Assurance Lead Role

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist to lead our construction and drafting team in ensuring technical specifications and quality standards are met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team in reviewing and implementing quality control measures
  • Manage workflow of inspections, ensuring timely completion
  • Provide guidance and leadership to junior supervisors
  • Maintain high quality and accuracy in all documentation
  • Support periodic technical inspections

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in a similar role with a residential builder
  • Understanding of Work Health and Safety Legislation's in Home Building
  • Certificate III in Carpentry (desired)
  • Strong knowledge of design and construction documentation and terminology
  • Excellent communication skills
