Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Supervisor to lead our customer support and warehouse teams in delivering exceptional service and operational efficiency to our customers.
This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of safety, accuracy, and customer focus, driving business growth and strengthening client relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Foster a culture of safety, accuracy, and customer focus.
- Ensure accurate interpretation and fulfilment of customer requirements.
- Effective inventory control, timely dispatch and receipt of parts, and seamless communication between customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Promote end-to-end parts operations from enquiry through to delivery.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in Parts interpretation for Mining/Earthmoving Equipment.
- Experience with computerised Inventory Control Systems.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Pleasant and efficient personal and telephone manner.
- High standard of product knowledge.
- Computer Literate.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to process paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Leadership skills to provide guidance and coaching to Team Members.
