Job Title: Operations Program Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Operations Program Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the effective operations of our Therapeutic Community, ensuring that daily schedules are adhered to, and information is disseminated in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  1. Experience working or living within a Therapeutic Community model.
  2. A relevant health/welfare tertiary qualification with a minimum AOD skillset requirement (or able to complete within the first 12 months of employment).
  3. Ability to engage clients in dialogue with the capacity for hands-on involvement and ability to transfer knowledge to others.
  4. Minimum 2 years experience in working in the AOD sector/TC environment.
  5. Strong time management skills and demonstrated capacity to balance competing demands and to prioritise work effectively and within timelines.
  6. Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, be open to giving and receiving feedback, and recognise and resolve interpersonal conflict.
  7. Capacity to review and make responsive changes, take initiative and adapt to changing organisational needs.
  8. Organisational and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to addressing issues.
  9. Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
