About the Role:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive impactful growth across key sectors including industry, energy, government agencies, and private development.
  • Build new client relationships and strengthen existing partnerships to secure a robust, sustainable project pipeline.

Key Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years' experience in business development or senior client-facing roles within an environmental consulting business.
  • Demonstrated success in building client networks, winning work, and delivering value in sectors such as major infrastructure, renewable and conventional energy, local, state and federal government, land development and planning.
  • Deep understanding of environmental consultancy services, technical disciplines, and commercial dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead strategy and reporting functions in a high-performance environment.
