Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and contributing to our team's continuous improvement practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to potential new clients, existing clients, and their support networks, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, trades, and suppliers via telephone and email, building strong relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Scheduling: Book customer appointments and schedule work for our Occupational Therapists and Technicians, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery of services.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to our team's continuous improvement practices, identifying areas for growth and implementing changes to enhance our services and processes.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Seek customer feedback, collect data, and report on satisfaction, providing valuable insights to inform our service delivery and improvement strategies.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role, with the ability to communicate professionally to a range of clients and stakeholders.
  • Team Player: A team player with strong problem-solving skills, able to work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.
  • Administrative Skills: Well-organized with strong administrative skills, including calendar management, shared inbox management, and data entry.
  • Technology Knowledge: General interest in or ability to learn about off-the-shelf smart home technology, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • NDIS Environment: Knowledge of the NDIS environment is not essential but would be beneficial, as we strive to provide inclusive and accessible services to our clients.
  • Value Base: A deeply felt value base in support of improving the life chances for people living with disability and their families, particularly in respect of choice and inclusion.
